Due to the season or circumstances, we may not be able to send products to some areas.
Also, additional charges may apply depending on the region and the time of year.
If we are unable to ship an item to your location, or if additional charges will apply, we will notify you immediately.
As a general rule, orders are shipped within 7 business days of receipt.
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to infectious disease control measures.
We will notify you as soon as possible if any item is out of stock or will be delayed in shipping or delivery.
