PAO6-Low viscosity Polyalphaolefin oil (viscosity adjustment, anti-agitation loss)
PAO6 (Polyalphaolefin 6)
The viscosity is equivalent to SEA viscosity engine oil No. 20.
It is a strong and hard-to-set base material. Compared to other oils of the same viscosity, it has the characteristics of less drag and stringiness, low-resistance operation, and little loss when stirred.
It is recommended for adjusting the viscosity of various oils, making low-resistance oils and pastes, and adding to greases.
Features
High shear resistance, strong against agitation and shear, viscosity does not drop easily.
Low traction, better oil sharpness and less agitation resistance compared to other oils of the same viscosity.
Applications: Viscosity adjustment of various lubricants
Viscosity adjustment of various lubricants
Typical Characteristics
Viscosity: 6cSt@100°C
Viscosity: 30cSt@40°C
Viscosity Index: 143
Specific Gravity: 0.825g/cm3
SEA Viscosity Standard
Mixed Oil Viscosity Calculator
Flammable hazardous material, Class 4 Petroleum No. 4
Adding a large amount (15% or more) may upset the additive balance.
If you want to add a large amount of base oil-based additives to your engine oil, we recommend that you use a DI package to balance the additives.
For gear oil, ZnDTP, WS2, and IF-WS2 are recommended.
